SAN REMO™ AUTHENTIC ITALIAN MEAT SAUCE
3 tbsp San Remo™ Olive Oil
2-3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 small Onion, minced
3/4 lb Ground Beef, Pork or Veal
28 oz can San Remo™ Whole Tomatoes
1 tsp Verona Basil or Fresh Basil
1 tsp Verona Parsley or Fresh Parsley (optional)
To Taste Parmesan Cheese
To Taste Iodized Fine Sea Salt & Verona Black Pepper
Heat San Remo™ Olive Oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion and sauté until golden. Add ground meat and cook until brown. Add San Remo™ Tomatoes, Verona Basil, Verona Parsley. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook gently for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Add parmesan cheese, Iodized Fine Sea Salt and Verona Black Pepper to taste.
